Chargers where residents park
Residents may park in assigned spaces, a shared row in the garage, or both. The installer lays out chargers to fit how your parking works today and leaves room to add more.
Power the building can carry
Shared chargers on a load management system can serve more spaces from the same electrical service. The installer checks the building's capacity and works with the utility when new service is needed.
Residents pay for what they use
Networked chargers bill each driver by the session, so the building is not paying for anyone's charging.
Room to grow
Start with the spaces residents ask for now and prepare the wiring path for the rest, so adding chargers later doesn't mean tearing up the parking lot again.
Board and owner sign-off
Condo boards and HOAs approve the plan before work starts, and several states give residents a legal right to install a charger.
