What we collect

The details you type into a form: property type, ZIP code, your name, phone, email and anything you add about the project. We also keep the time you sent it, the page you sent it from and the consent you gave. Our planning tools send nothing unless you submit a form.

How we use it

We use an installation request to find an installer for your project and to contact you about it. We share it with one installer for that project, under the consent shown on the form. If you want a different installer, we ask you first. A question is used to reply to you, and an installer application is used to review the application.

Contact

We contact you by the phone or email you give us, for the purpose you chose. You can ask us to stop at any time. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything.

Changes, deletion and stopping contact

Email [email protected] with your reference if you have it. We correct or delete the record and stop contacting you. If an installer already has your details, we tell you how to reach them directly.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores requests. When you type a property address, the text goes to Google so it can suggest matching addresses; nothing else from the form is sent to Google. Alerts about new requests reach our team by email. Only the people handling requests can see them.

Your browser

After you send a request, this browser tab may keep a copy of the form for up to 24 hours, so the request can be recovered if the connection drops. The copy clears once the request is confirmed. No third-party analytics tag is installed on this site.

How long we keep it

Requests and their records are kept for up to 180 days from when we receive them. Site event records are kept for up to 90 days.
