Residential EV Charger Rebate
OpenDiverse Power
A rebate for each new Level 2 charger a single-family residential member installs, plus a rebate for each dedicated charger outlet.
Who qualifies and how to apply
- How much
- $250 per new Level 2 charger; $50 per qualifying home charging outlet. The current page and form disagree on one outlet designation (12-30 versus 14-30); confirm that choice with Diverse Power.
- Who qualifies
- Single-family residential Diverse Power customers who own the property or have the owner's permission; new Level 2 (208/240 volt) charger on a dedicated circuit, purchased by the customer (not used, rented, gifted or won); permits obtained before installation; rebate request form with the installation invoice within sixty (60) days of installation; installations subject to verification. The rebate form also requires owning an EV (hybrids do not qualify).
- When to apply
- Obtain permits and owner permission where applicable; request follows completed installation and is due within 60 days. Administrator verification is separate from those permissions.
- Deadline
- No end date published; the request is due within sixty (60) days after the charger is installed, and Diverse Power may cancel or modify the programs at any time.
